【 課程內容 】

• 體態與放鬆 (Posture & Relaxation)：
  練習「挺拔」的站姿或坐姿，放鬆身體與下顎肌肉，
  以確保氣流在體內自由流動。

• 呼吸法控制 (Breathing)：
  學習腹式呼吸（橫膈膜呼吸），以建立穩定、持續的氣流支撐，
  取代吃力的淺層胸式呼吸。

• 溫和啟動練習 (Gentle Activation)：
  透過打呵欠式嘆氣 (Yawn-sighs)、哼鳴 (Humming)、
  唇顫音 (Lip trills) 與舌顫音 (Tongue trills) 暖嗓，安全地啟動聲帶。

• 滑音與延伸練習 (Siren/Glide Exercises)：
  練習在高低音域間平滑移動，探索並開發頭聲 (Head Voice) 的潛能。

• 音域融合技巧 (Register Blending)：
  連接真聲（胸聲）與高亢輕盈的頭聲，
  訓練發展出無縫銜接的「混聲」(Mixed Voice) 技巧。

• 音準與音色磨練 (Pitch & Tone)：
  透過音階、琶音及特定發音練習，
  強化音準穩定度、共鳴控制以及音色質感。

• 粵語發聲與咬字實踐 (Cantonese Voicing Practice)：
  針對廣東話特有的聲調與發音規律進行專門的歌唱訓練。

• Posture & Relaxation: "Tall" posture with a relaxed body and jaw to allow free airflow.

• Breathing : Learning to breathe from your diaphragm for consistent air supply, not shallow chest breathing. 

• Gentle Activation: Yawn-sighs, humming, lip trills (buzzing), and tongue trills.

• Siren/Glide Exercises: Smoothly moving from low to high pitches to find head voice. 

• Register Blending: Connecting chest voice (speaking voice) and head voice (higher, lighter voice) to find your mixed voice (seamless blend).

• Pitch & Tone: Scales, arpeggios, and specific syllables to work on intonation, resonance, and tone quality.
