體態與放鬆 (Posture & Relaxation):
練習「挺拔」的站姿或坐姿,放鬆身體與下顎肌肉,
以確保氣流在體內自由流動。
呼吸法控制 (Breathing):
學習腹式呼吸(橫膈膜呼吸),以建立穩定、持續的氣流支撐,
取代吃力的淺層胸式呼吸。
溫和啟動練習 (Gentle Activation):
透過打呵欠式嘆氣 (Yawn-sighs)、哼鳴 (Humming)、
唇顫音 (Lip trills) 與舌顫音 (Tongue trills) 暖嗓,安全地啟動聲帶。
滑音與延伸練習 (Siren/Glide Exercises):
練習在高低音域間平滑移動,探索並開發頭聲 (Head Voice) 的潛能。
音域融合技巧 (Register Blending):
連接真聲(胸聲)與高亢輕盈的頭聲,
訓練發展出無縫銜接的「混聲」(Mixed Voice) 技巧。
音準與音色磨練 (Pitch & Tone):
透過音階、琶音及特定發音練習,
強化音準穩定度、共鳴控制以及音色質感。
粵語發聲與咬字實踐 (Cantonese Voicing Practice):
針對廣東話特有的聲調與發音規律進行專門的歌唱訓練。

Posture & Relaxation: "Tall" posture with a relaxed body and jaw to allow free airflow.
Breathing : Learning to breathe from your diaphragm for consistent air supply, not shallow chest breathing.
Gentle Activation: Yawn-sighs, humming, lip trills (buzzing), and tongue trills.
Siren/Glide Exercises: Smoothly moving from low to high pitches to find head voice.
Register Blending: Connecting chest voice (speaking voice) and head voice (higher, lighter voice) to find your mixed voice (seamless blend).
Pitch & Tone: Scales, arpeggios, and specific syllables to work on intonation, resonance, and tone quality.
